Site conditions

　　CRBC10016, a cross-cylindrical roller bearing for vehicle-borne radar of a company in Beijing, is designed according to working conditions. It adopts ZGCr15 material of military armour steel, integral quenching, two-half outer ring of threaded connection, integral inner ring, rollers arranged in 90 degrees, 1:1 cross arrangement, integral high-strength steel plate stamping cage, rolling body guiding mode, dimension precision P5, rotation precision P4. Level control, imported extreme pressure lithium grease. The development of the bearing is to replace the imported bearing of the same type. At present, the successful development of the high-precision cross roller bearing completely replaces the imported bearing and fills in the domestic blank.
