　　The series of cross roller bearings developed by our company for the special requirements of DD motors have high rigidity and small and stable friction moment by using small negative clearance to control friction moment; the outer surface of bearings is grinded and the raceway is super-precision, so that the rotation accuracy is controlled within 0.003 mm; the inner and outer rings of bearings are all made of high quality bearing steel, and the mesh belt furnace is heat-treated. Fine structure reduces wear and tear, thus ensuring long wear life of bearings.
